Due to the high increase in fuel , merchandise and overall cost of living we have been left with no choice but to increase the minimum delivery of merchandise including delivery to $125. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to hold all merchandise and delivery date. Delivery rates are based on delivery to and from address given. Delivery fee will vary depending on distance . Please let us know if your delivery will be delivered above the first floor. Any delivery that is not ground level that requires to be elevated and/or delivered after 7PM will be assigned to an additional $100 fee. $200. after 12 pm.

When our driver arrives, please make sure to have someone onsite who knows where items are to be dropped. Wait time for our drivers may not exceed 10 minutes.

Delivery personnel are instructed not to go inside customer homes for delivery. If for any reason a client needs our staff to do so, the customer assumes all risk for any damage caused by our staff.

Set up for tables and chairs is not included with rental. Set up may be requested at an additional cost per table or chair. 

Items shall be picked up in the same quality condition and stacked as they were delivered.

Our drivers will contact you at least one hour upon delivery. If our driver is unable to deliver your rentals when they arrive at the delivery location, they will continue with their assigned route. A second delivery attempt may be scheduled by calling our office at 305-233-5882 / 786-223-8619 and may incur an additional delivery fee. An initial pick up attempt is included with your delivery fee. Any additional pick up attempts may incur an additional pick up charge. No deliveries or pick ups may be scheduled with our drivers. All items are to be dropped off under shelter and a secured location. We are not responsible for any damages done from the negligences by the customer such as items getting wet, and etc. Please make sure you read disclosure always said together with invoice this is important.
